A minor issue with wireless LEDs: they have no entry in /proc, and the left wireless led is inaccessible (or at least I have not figured a way to get to it). Also, even though the acerhdf module is loaded, it is disabled by default, so the fan was really noisy. There are several options listed in various forums, but none of them worked for me. Typical AA1 problem (all distros I've tried or googled about have this problem): the right card reader is hot-pluggable only if a card is present at boot, and even if it is, some cards (MMC) don't work. For the vast majority of things, Mint "just works".
All important devices detected automatically no problems with networking, sound, graphics or hotkeys.
